Who we are

SIL is a consortium of specialized software development houses with a broad spectrum of expertise for even the most complex software development projects. SIL member agencies ensure access to solid teams of experienced software experts and engineers who deliver custom tailored solutions or enhance client in-house teams for specialized expertise and speed of execution. The consortium has a track record of joint cross-agency projects execution, whereby we teamed up the professionals needed from different specialized houses.

What we do

We design, build and maintain web, mobile, data analytics, machine learning, IoT as well as VR/AR-enabled software solutions for clients who outsource software development. We deliver services to companies and individuals who need to build even the most technologically challenging software solutions.

How we work

We are agile and lean and we deliver results in weekly or bi-weekly iterations. We start by helping you define your requirements and transform them into executable specifications. After agreeing on the business terms, we deploy a team and deliver the solution in successive increments keeping the project on track to achieve the goals and objectives set. TwelveSprings
A SUITE OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS
A rental property enterprise engaged us to build a suite of apps with which to manage their assets and operations. The system included a smart home automation management platform enabling remote operation of various devices (IoT), a Big Data ETL processing tool as well as a BI tool to facilitate investment decisions and to provide scalable infrastructure for big data volumes processing and machine learning solutions. We used RoR and Apache Spark to deliver the service to the client.
Neutopia
PUBLISHING PLATFORM WITH ML-ENABLED RECOMMENDATIONS
Neutopia is an online platform catering to orgs who promote their resources and learners who explore subjects. The user can find relevant contents, aggregate playlists of their favourite materials and manage their own influencer profiles. The platform is equipped with ML-enabled recommendation systems, automatic content classification, user experience personalization, incl. personalized content recommendations. We used RoR, Angular, React, Apache Spark and Spring Boot to build the solution.

AR LIBRARY AND WHITE LABEL SOLUTION FOR BRANDS
The plug and play AR solution supports brands, teams and/or celebrities in their fan communities. The client defines AR campaigns in a CMS backend app and delivers them to the fans as a transparent video displayed over an image based AR marker. The solution can be deployed in two ways - as a native iOS/Android library or a custom tailored white label application. We used Android, iOS, PHP, Angular 2.0 and AWS to build the platform for Houston-based NexRef, who sell it to renown brands.

SchoolKeep
CLOUD-BASED CORPORATE TRAINING PLATFORM
SchoolKeep is a learning management system (LMS) enabling organizations to train their employees, customers and channel partners. The SaaS platform used by such companies as AirBnB, Uber and IDEO - provides tools for the creation and distribution of training contents and allows its users to build and scale branded training experiences. We augmented the SchoolKeep in-house team to speed up selected feature development.
Percival
JET ENGINE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TOOL
Percival is a web solution for analysing jet engine diagnostics as well as forecasting and scheduling services needed. The tool was built for the US based company BBA Aviation plc, which is a market-leading provider of global aviation support and aftermarket services. We provided a software development team to implement the solution for Northwood Advisors, who managed the product development for the client.
Persona VR
CUSTOMER SERVICE VIRTUAL REALITY TRAINING APP
Persona VR is a training solution for the Gear VR glasses. Its purpose it to help bank employees learn the needs of their clients. The training enables employees to identify a customer type and offer them a suitable product or service. Employees are able to practice in an engaging context at a time and place convenient for them. Our team implemented the solution for TipiTap who delivers the tool to their corporate clients.
